It always makes me laugh when you watch football and the commentators comment about how freezing it is. Well let me say it is -45 degrees here in snowy Canada with snowbanks higher than my vehicles.

Picture the scenario - mortgage with 65k left on it, lender approaching retirement / end of mortgage term.
Arrangements made with bank to pay interest only. But obviously this cannot continue as bank will want some sort of sense from the lender that there is a plan in place to pay the remaining - which of course will not happen.
Lender is eyeballing lifetime a mortgage equity rel. till death, but will pay interest, to avoid roll up/compound interest. Читать дальше...

It was the run of the mill boozer. Nothing special, just decent.
The owners of a certain Moseley boozer took it over, with grand plans for cocktails, posh nosh, micro brewery etc. The food was pretty good and they started selling a good range of beers. They did events, had a nice marquee out the back, got families coming in during the weekends. Then one of the people employed allegedly started helping herself to cash. The year we survived at Bolton under Lee Clark, I think we only got 44 points. But our relegation in 1994 was with 52, and Millwall went down on 53 a couple of years later. So there's a huge variation in possibilities.

Not sure if this has been picked up elsewhere but he has signed for Gorica, who are 3rd in the Croatian League 1. They are 9 points behind Dinamo Zagreb, with a game in hand. Be interesting to see how he gets on. Given his age and our apparent liking for players based in Croatia (I believe we've been linked with a few), it wouldn't surprise me if Dong identifies Keita as a player with potential sell on value in the Summer. Not sure he would fit into a League 1 wage cap mind.

A delivery driver went into the back of my car yesterday that was parked on my street. I didn’t see the incident but luckily a neighbour did.
She said the driver got out and looked at my car before getting back in and driving off, ignoring her when she approached him.
I have rang the company and they have said the incident is under investigation. I have also notified the police and got a road traffic collision report.
