Got myself into a bit of a pickle.

I'm applying for a mortgage on a holiday home. Looking to let it out when we're not using it. So, got our offer accepted and submitted our mortgage application. Anyway, after a few days I hadn't heard anything from the bank, I called up to try and get an update. They informed me that there was a discrepancy with my address against their records. technically they could say its mortgage fraud as you didn't declare it on the application (normally a question about having defaulted in the past). A reasonable underwriter should pass it though. Who is it with?

I don't know what the market rate is for this stuff but it looks to be £150+ for just the bench and one set of weights, which seems a bit steep. I'm only after a set of dumbells, a bar, some weights and a bench. Is that stuff generally expensive?

Interesting, if sobering, article but I will just restate that, as far as I can see, Birmingham City are simply a zombie football club as those who own and run it have no interest in the football club itself. Blues could be a chicken farm as far as they are concerned.

This is what I like to see a takeover with people that want improve all aspects of the club.
