Another day, another defeat. Millwall were the victors this time, beating Blues 2-0 at the Den on Wednesday night to condemn Aitor Karankas side to their ninth defeat in 13 league games. Blues lie one point behind Rotherham in 21st place, although the Millers have two games in hand. For any other cl

Big alarm bells for me was the return of the fabulous coach Craig Gardner. He decided that he was better off away from Birmingham city fc. Things went tits up at his new venture so he then begs to return to us. We say yes Craig come on back. What other club or manager would do this. Anyone that walks away from your club should be gone for good and replaced with someone better.
This is just one small example as where we are as a professional football club.

Go for the 6-5 win ????

He's dropped clangers, can't kick and looks shaky as hell from crosses and set pieces.
I think he's been very poor tbh. The odd 'Match Of The Day save' makes him look better than he is imo.
Some thoughts and a provocation.

Just watching last nights highlights debacle and couldn't help noticing the half heartedness of our heroes in their two goals.
Goal 1
Ok, MSJ gave a sh*t backpass but Etheridges attempt for it was a total bottle job
Goal 2
Five players showed lack of guts or commitment to give their bloke the freedom of London to score.
Sanchez pedestrian tracking back
Pederson half hearted tackle
JCS half hearted near post cover
Dean stationary in the box... Читать дальше...
Etheridge seems slow and he’s looks very average with his feet to me. Someone needs to tell him to speed things up a little bit.
Birmingham City’s owners are ready to sack Aitor Karanka after their dreadful run of form continued, TEAMtalk can reveal.

The last Teamtalk "Exclusive" was a couple of years ago with the breaking news that Pep Clotet had been sacked and Mark Robins was the replacement.
don't care if anyone believes this, but just drove past the ground and Roy Keane was in the car park with some very serious looking far Eastern guys
Birmingham City slipped to yet another Championship loss, with a goal in either half condemning them to a 2-0 defeat by Millwall

Apart from the fact that that the £1 bags are more expensive than the 4 tubes for £1 offer ....
Burning question ... when you have a tube of Rowntree's Fruit Pastilles ....do you
a) open one end and eat them from the end down
b) snap the tube in half and eat first one half tube then the other half tube ?
Apparently it's up 14% this morning. Could this be because a significant announcement is pending?
To lighten the mood -
Put yourself in Karanka's shoes what do you say at training this morning ? Then put yourself in a players shoes what do you say back ?
I'm thinking of the time apparently Gobby Abong was given a dressing down by a manger and he just turned round and said i will be here longer than you - He wasn't wrong.

Two further defeats, anyone still want to stick with our glorious leader Karanka?
Which is the biggest justification as to why he needs to go and go now. He has signed more than a full team so if he can't get a tune out of a team that he should have signed with his system in mind, he won't get a tune out of one where he is playing players that don't fit his system.

Ahem !!!! ????
We were the better team for the majority of the game but some are blinded by woolly jumpers.
The guys jump into recording a podcast straight after the defeat to Millwall to discuss the game and look back at the dire performance against Luton. They also spend time dissecting a number of Dong's comments from his BBC WM interview with Richard Wilford...

Actually thought we were the better side for large parts tonight and without San Jose's fekk up ....who knows ?
However, even with the 2 up front giving us more impetus Juke's done ! It's painful to say it and it's painful to watch but his contributions have reduced to a level which no longer benefits the team. By all means bring him off the bench in the unlikely event that we'll ever be defending a lead late on in a game but he's now virtually innefective.
I was hoping that Leko... Читать дальше...
