Re: Anyone go to another game today?
Halesowen vs Harborough town.
1-0 to halesowen.
Scored in the 3rd minute and then were really poor the the rest of the game, but managed to grind out the 1-0 and stay top of the league.

After sharing the euphoria of last night with my lad, today we saw Wycombe put one over crooked Derby. Their 2000 fans took the p1ss out of little Wycombe for the first 30mins but were well and truly sent packing with nothing, including the row of arrogant Derby fans in front of us in the home end, who sat with their arms crossed for 90 mins and then buggered off with their tails between their legs. Proper blood and guts match. Super super Derby? I don't think so.
Did Dry January and have decided to stay off the alcohol for a while longer. Do want to get back into the pubs once in a while to see mates, though.
Just wondering if anyone can recommend any pubs that sell non-alcohol ales on draught?
Don’t mind having the odd bottle, but draught just appeals more as it’s less conspicuous (can’t be done with having to have the same conversation over and over with people as to why I’m not drinking). Plus the fact, I’m just more comfortable holding a pint glass. Читать дальше...
Because people like the taste of beer and don’t want to drink sweet things all night?
18th down to 24th.
We have finished there 6 seasons in a row.
Will this be the season where we finally break out of it?
dork
8 points off play offs , 9 points off relegation
With a game in hand on 6th place
Nice to no we will be in a position of power in the summer, his loans been a success.
So we either give him a pre season and a chance or we get something back for him by selling him
Perhaps old posters can help with this. I once heard claimed that SOTV was thought up by non other than Wire.
At 3:20 the vile are singing shit on the city. Where I grew up the villa fans round by me claimed that we nicked SOTV from them.
At one home match in the early 80’s ( can’t remember who against), there was an attempt by the powers at the top eradicate swearing on the terraces. Programme notes and the PA constantly requested we refrain from swearing.
This led, with, much amusement, in the prolonged singing of
Shit on the (****silence…)
Shit on the (****silence…) tonight
Happy days!

Well I won't argue with that. ????
A stat came up on Bacuna during the game. Was something like...
Assists joint 1st
Passes 1st
Crosses 1st
Shots 1st
Dribbles 1st
Think there was another he was first for. I think he's a lot more important to us than people probably realise.
Deserves a thread. Brilliant first half best player on the pitch.
Said to bloke next to me before kick off if he turns up tonight, and I think he will, we’ll win.
Sometimes the games just pass him by but relieve him of tracking back to much and there’s a hell of a player there.
Martins at Wembley. The only time I've cried tears of joy at a football game.
Did you wave? Hehe
Where did that performance come from?
We made a good inform Albion side look vey ordinary
Not a bad performance throughout the team
Closer to play offs than relegation
