i think im probably the only one who doesnt want him to extend his contract my reasoning for this is i know his wage(im not gonna discuss the figure) and its a big wage i also think hes been a main stay in a poor defence for years ive always tried to defend him until his defending against forest last season
Even if he cut his wages, he can't stay fit.

I would raise a formal complaint - they will ignore it, then escalate that complaint, they will ignore that too - then you can go to OFGEM see what they say. Make sure you ask for the complaints procedure, as it is an issue if they don't provide that when asked.
But if you used the energy you are liable for the bill unfortunately IMO.
