I agree with you, certain TV clips like the Pearson one transcend the man and we think primarily of those when we think of the person. I'm sure to some, Sir Alex Ferguson was a bully. Kicking a boot at David Beckham is worse than calling a journalist an ostrich. The things Mourinho has done to his own players definitely makes him a bully. Yet when we think of those it's generally positive, or at least better rounded.
