August 1976, beat Liverpool 2-1. Went with a school mate who was a Liverpool fan and stood on the Tilton corner in front of the old refreshment hut. Think Liverpool fans ran into the pitch from the Tilton to the Railway end just before kick off.
The memories of why you choose Blues got me reminiscing about those early days of going down. Usually with parents or family members but when was the first time you went on your own, without adults.
