Just small changes can make a difference, with salt already being in a lot of foods I'm really not convinced its needed, maybe instead of a can of lager have a glass of red wine, I don't think we need to remove everything that is good or enjoyable.

Been the most difficult Christmas of all of my days after a very close friend of mine (since 1990) was found at the side of a quiet road just before the festive period, with a serious head injury, which lead to his death within a few minutes. Think you'll find they are being coached but someone who knows the game at this level really well and is a student of coaching, revered by his colleagues with a massterplan of coaching at most every situation. We dont seem to have that pedigree.

I’ll no doubt be accused of being premature here, but hear me out because, I’m told that in Rooney’s tenure we have “achieved” fewer points than any other team, which is obviously a huge concern.
Also clearly 9/39 is not eve close to staying up form.
So, on the basis of planning ahead……
22 games left. If we’re generous 45 points MAY, this season, keep us up - another 18.
