Armani Milan is in negotiations with American point guard John Wall (32 years old), according to the BasketNews website. The player has been a five-time NBA All-Star and has played the last 13 seasons in the American professional league, although in the last few he has had many problems with injuries.

After spending last summer waiting for Andre Iguodala to inform them whether he would return for one more season with the Warriors, and hoping he would, the team is taking a different approach this summer. The Warriors do not expect Iguodala, 39, to be on the roster next season. “But my sense is Andre’s probably got some other stuff going,” general manager Mike Dunleavy Jr. told NBC Sports Bay Area in a “Dubs Talk” interview that will be released next Tuesday. “But he has my number. The phone is always on.”

Cleveland Cavaliers star Donovan Mitchell currently has two full seasons remaining on his contract, after which he has a player option for the 2025-26 season. However, ESPN’s Brian Windhorst suggests there is pressure for the Cavs to extend Mitchell next offseason. “I don’t think under any circumstances he was ever considering extending this season, and I think the Cavs knew that when they traded for him,” Windhorst said. “I think the pressure point comes a year from now when he’s got one year left on his contract.”

Dave McMenamin: Buddy Boeheim is re-signing with the Detroit Pistons, his agent, Drew Gross of Roc Nation Sports, told ESPN. Boeheim appeared in 10 games with DET on a rookie two-way deal last year and 18 games with their G League affiliate, where he averaged 12.1 ppg on 37.4% from 3.
