Have to resubmit all of my evidence physically signed, not electronically within 2 weeks of Tuesday to both the court and the other party.
I spoke with the opponents representative, he was some local soliciter that had been asked by Gladstones to come in. He said he had looked over the evidence and i had won, i just need to emphasise certain aspects of this in my witness statement.
