just read this review of a hotel
'I was not told at the time of booking that there was no parking available. When I arrived at the hotel it was apparent that there was no parking and this was of no use to me. I phoned my wife to cancel the booking but when she phoned, the person who answered was not particularly interested, saying it was nothing to do with them and we would have to contact Expedia. As I had no access to the internet whilst in my car and away from home, I could not do that. My wife had to find alternative accommodation at short notice. Читать дальше...
