The balance of power in football is I think slowly moving south except for the very top of the game. Bournemouth is quite a wealthy and thriving place now but has a minute per cent of the football tradition of a lot of northern - or midland clubs.
Watford were a no mark club that thrashed us in the cup a few decades back. I reckon it’s probably between Watford and Villa and on that basis you’d have to fancy Villa going down as they’re behind Watford, have harder fixtures, and look as if... Читать дальше...

Pragmatic coaches come into a sinking ship and shore it up shocker.
So you agree with me. Managers affect performances????
Lost at home to QPR

For the NHS at 17.00.
Well yeah, that's exactly the point.
We have got no idea what sort of manager Blues are looking for, they have probably got no idea themselves to be fair.
Do we want a real experienced, steady as you go type?
Do we want an old-school organiser who will start with basics and build from there?
Do we want somebody a bit left-field who might have some new ideas?
Do we want a pure coach who is just going to work with the players he has given?
Is the bloke going to have any input? Читать дальше...
The most important signing we’ll make is the manager, that will set the mindset for the season. If we get a manager in who is of the same calibre of Pep, Zola, Cotterill etc, then there’s only one way we’re heading.
Tbh we’ve flirted so much with relegation for so long now it’s inevitable we will drop eventually.
Depressing stuff, it really is.
Just a point that I haven't seen anyone touch on yet (although could well be hidden within one of the many threads about match days and Pep).
We have to consider there will be a much faster than normal turn around for the new season. What we cannot afford to do is have the players in a losing mindset going into the new season. For me this is the biggest reason the board have to act swiftly and get a new manager in place now.
Josh McEachran and David Davis included we currently... Читать дальше...
Play away from home against two of the top teams in the division.
Only concede one goal in the last minute of added time in the 4th half of 4 halves of play
Play at home against two of the worst teams in the division
Let in 6 goals..and it could easily have been more.

Also......I’m not singling him out - he’s definitely one of our best 2 CH’s, but, to me, it looked like Robbo did his best to get his hands - fair enough - but also his body and everything else OUT of the way for their goal. It seemed that all he had to do was slightly extend his left leg to block it, and strange that he didn’t

Naah, not bothering at all. Daughter and her bloke went yesterday and said people were acting as normal, shoulder to shoulder at the bar, sitting at tables with don't sit signs on em. Little local small town pub. Feck that, I'll drink at home.

12 points to keep us up. I would prefer to go down if we are shite enough to finish in the bottom 3. We are not B6 wearing Blackburn shirts fans are we?

As things stand will you renew or still go game to game once we're allowed back in grounds?
If not why?
I'll renew for me and the lad. As it stands though, purely to see mates I've missed recently. If I wasn't seeing them, I'd still go to share time with my lad, but the day wouldn't be the same

Robins have binned him (yet Clotet remains in charge)
Weird, weird world.
Again, folly of not securing a new manager as soon as possible, we will now be competing with Bristol City for all those managerial names...
Strikes me as another Steve Cotterell. No thanks.
