Re: Anyone nervous?

That I have realised just how much I am missing being at the game. I have little desire to watch today’s game on TV as I feel helpless; yet, I’d have almost-certainly been at Hillsborough, with thousands of other Bluenoses, giving every single drop of energy I had to help the lads get that vital win.
I honestly do think that if fans were at the games, we’d have accrued more points...I have been desperate the get behind the boys, to spur them on.
Does anyone else feel the same?

Blues are the featured match today on Talk Sport 2. Live commentary from Ian Danter.
Another Saturday filled with trepidation, the painful wait for the tombola line up, the inevitable questioning of team selection, the realisation that we've been here week in week out for months, hands in pockets, shoulders shrugging. Whatever the outcome today I can only hope someone has been busy in the background finding someone that can bring some life, confidence and belief back into this team and this proves to be ' Adios AK '. Face it, you don't fit here, your style of football is horrific... Читать дальше...

The pattern of our results this season suggests that we will win this game.

Not Lazaridis and Lee btw.
Just noticed it's on BBC1. As a huge Laurel and Hardy fan I enjoyed it, but I know others weren't so keen. Anybody else seen it?
Enjoyed it but loved their films. Bought a few compilation dvds for my Mom a couple of Christmases ago, partly for me.
"Aren't you going to hang him?"
Anyone watching Traore playing on the wrong wing?
Rab C Nesbitt
From the right.
That wouldn't have happened with him on the left I reckon. You keep ignoring what you started the thread for. As an inverted winger Traore is currently less effective than he was a a conventional winger with Jiminez playing. As Le Mod proves. And has ended up on the left because Jiminez is injured.
If Crouch was at Wolves, he'd be on the right. If Juke was at Wolves he'd be on the right.
But Juke is at Blues and been less effective because wingers are... Читать дальше...
When the Watford keeper Bachmann turned that drive over was he just Taking Care of Business ?
Dong's attempt to turn us into Barcelona has been a miserable failure. We must have recruited over a dozen Spaniards, players and coaches over the last couple of season's.I can only think of Sanchez who has been in any way successful.
Covid may be partly to blame. Must be difficult not being able to see their families and playing twice a week in a poor team also the bad weather.
We should have been recruiting young British talent instead of third rate Spanish players and coaches.
