The lad’s a decent shot stopper, but for me he seems erratic when coming off his line, slow to get to loose balls, uncomposed with the ball at his feet, and just generally has an anxious demeanour?
I'm struggling to think of a single contemporary keeper who is actually that good at dealing with corners end of. At the point de Gea was rated as the best keeper in the country he was still somewhere between inept and half arsed at dealing with corners and he hasn't improved.
Perfectly good goal IMO, rewards quick, positive thinking.

Has anybody come across details of a player (forward) who played one game for Blues in the 1974 -1975 season. He played one game in the Texaco Cup and did not score. I checked wiki but that appears to be the only available information.
I am doing my own pictorial history of watching blues over 50 years which includes all the players over that period. In the first 10 years this is the only player I can not find information for. I do have a fussy picture of him however.
In the 1970’s that was the limit of the art of grounds a ship, just saw clips of blues @ OT in 76, pitch similar to non league!
