Will probably you would imagine start for Boro tonight.
Whilst I always thought he was a decent enough player when here, I do think some of us lauded over him a bit to much? Maybe we had nothing better at the time which is probably correct.
Either way, he wouldn't get in our starting 11 now would he???

Looks interesting. To Rags - Mowbray is a Teessider himself so fits the bill. Despite the dourness I like him (liked him as a player too). A lot of Teesside is pretty depressing. Mowbray is from Saltburn which is a cut above, but Boro, Stockton, Billingham, Thornaby, Redcar - wouldn’t be many peoples idea of a weekend trip.

I was 2 in 1966 and have no memory of that years competition. Went to a couple of Euro 96 games and loved them.
See below bids are going in for 2030 which is in Europe. This means the 2034 WC will be on another continent. If we don't bid on 2030 then 2038 or even 2042, will be the next chance we have.
Saddens me that a few of us will never see a WC here again . Anyone else feel that way?

For those who can't see Twitter, Blues thanked Spennymoor United for use of their training ground this am.
I know it doesn't mean much, but this kind of thing interests me; instead of the long trek up there today on the day of the game, Blues have apparently gone a day early so that they're potentially better condition to play in.
Interested to see if it has any effect.
