Heh, I would have said it was much more recent. Anyhoo, it was a beneficial result because it resulted in a thorough cleansing; there was no chance of papering over the cracks after that.
I have two tinges of regret. One, they didn't score a ninth, because I'm bloody fed up of the Rothmans saying our record defeat is 9-1. It's actually 8-0, as that's a worse defeat. Two, it was a pretty dreadful way for Malcolm Crosby to leave League football, his service in the game merited better.
It's just cropped up on my Facebook. 8 years to the day since we lost 8-0 to Bournemouth.
Horrible Horrible day that was.
I’m genuinely surprised it’s as many games as that. Not one of our bettered investments
I need to email the club with a ticketing enquiry. I know others on here have had varying degrees of helpfulness via email. Anyone know who is the best person to address ticketing queries to, or just the general email? Thanks.

Mr good ebening has gone to the villa.
Must be paying him a lot to leave the beautiful area of Valencia…to go Aston.
It isn’t VAR but its operation. After all Coote missed the handball for the first goal anyway. The system is meant to correct errors like that but it failed because the operator was Mike Dean.
