Then came across a clip of a young blue called Trevan sanusi u 16 watched a video omg how good is he has some great skill

Looks fantastic prospect hope he comes through

I don’t mean this in a “I’m too cool” way, but I’ve never heard any of their songs. Aren’t they just YouTubers? I imagine it’s just down to following rather than actual talent seeing as they don’t seem to release stuff the rest of the year…

I don't think refs want to speed the game up. Particularly in the last 30 minutes of the game.

They are generally older than players. Intrinsically this means they are less athletic. A 40-45 year-old ref is expected to keep up with players often half hus/her age, many f whom are replaced during games.
