In Tamworth, due West, low in the sky, bright light which isn’t a star. Probably a planet? Anyone know if or what it is.

There are apps you can download onto your smart phone. I use one called skyview free.
Just open it up, aim the screen where you want in the sky and it will show up planets, some stars and the constellations.
Saw it earlier when out. Just pointed my phone in that direction ( I'm in the house) It's Jupiter with Venus just above it.

I reckon Trusty might be setting his sights a bit higher than us in the summer especially for a permanent move.
As well as being an apt moniker for our beloved club it, too, happens to be up for sale

I’ve got a meeting in Brum in a few weeks time with my boss and a few colleagues, and I was planning to recommend that we should take in the delights of a proper authentic brum balti
Can any of the SHA massive recommend anywhere in the city centre, or equally, happy to grab a taxi to somewhere within a 10 min drive ?
TIA

No gallery of Wast Hills fire photos? Disappointing.
Mayor said on a podcast recently that Blue's have a 15% sell on clause , difficult question to answer, but what does everyone think?
Will this money be used for the good of the club, to improve the squad
Or
Will the money be used for the good of owners bank balance
Super Hans
I’m all for criticising the owners but the one thing they’re not using the club for (in terms of assets anyway) is making money.

Spent a very enjoyable week there last October. Good food (try Jimmy's Killer Prawns), really nice people and great history. Coral bay is a short bus ride from Paphos and beautiful. We went to my sisters villa (sorry!) so not on a package, found some nice bars with brilliant prices. The weather is pretty much always nice. Enjoy it.
Someone must have been...what's it like?
It's not a holiday destination I've considered in the past but I've been invited to a wedding and I feel duty bound to attend. Initially I'm thinking just a 4 day trip just to take in the occasion but would consider a longer holiday if it's not a bit...yer know...'Brits abroad'.
I'm not a holiday snob. I usually just settle for the Canaries out of season but I'm just hoping it's not too Kebabaluf.

You can only have a tenner with WH but I thought I’d mention. ……. Don’t blame if the unthinkable happens ????
I take your point, and ‘unthinkable’ was a bit of fun in terms of terminology…… let’s just say Even money is very generous offer for this horse to win the race….. IMO

Just about to watch the latest episode of Under The Cosh.
Be interesting to see what he says about Blues. Probably an under rated RB for us that goes under the radar when discussing former players. Was solid.

Agree with that. A great ten years, always felt like we were on the up.
When we finally got there, it was great at first but then there was maybe the reality that it was as far as we could go.
Devlin definitely had evrey right to be pissed off with Trev!
