Always a subject to divide opinion but Rishi Sunak has announced a crackdown on Graffiti, with some local authorities now requesting the public to call 999 should they see graffiti in progress.
Personally I always enjoy a walk along the Canals to look at some of the impressive graffiti on offer, which, in my opinion, is far superior to a block or brick wall (image taken last week on the Grand Union) which lightens up a razor wired brick wall which surrounds industry and railway sidings

Bread is fine, it's not the devil like some people claim.
It's an alright carb source, just not as gut friendly or nutritious as fruit, honey and vegetables would be.
All foods are on a spectrum of healthy and nutritious all the way to unhealthy and borderline poison.
Bread, pasta, cereal would be somewhere in the middle.
Unrefined meat is fine, just keep the processed meats and refined meats to a small amount of your diet.
Eggs would be better than sausages etc.
