Christ. You’re only just getting started.
Here's my prediction.
Cook has gone out on a limb. He will be absolutely determined not to end up with egg on his face, or for this appointment to appear to be a failure on his part.
Cook has the best lawyers in the world at his disposal... picking apart the BSHL structure was brilliance ...we will be exploring every possible way to get money into the club despite FFP rules.
If it takes £millions x 10s to save his reputation and get Blues promoted quickly Cook will find it and make sure Rooney has it to spend. Читать дальше...

Lovely bloke, hard done by etc but my questions are...
1) Will blues be the biggest club he'll manage in his career?
2) who will be his next club?
3) what do you think his level will be in his career?
Answers
1. Yes
2. QPR (or strange feeling, Derby)
3. Solid but limited championship manager like Rowett
I doubt he’ll lead a club to promotion. I hope he has a decent career but I don’t think he’ll achieve anything above sold, which I am not inclined to scoff at.
He did alright with us. A lot better than some we’ve had.
Simple questions, simple answers, given now, before we see his teams in action.
1. Will Wayne Rooney be a success during his time at Birmingham City football club?
2. Where will we finish in the league this season, knowing we begin his tenure in 6th?
3. Are you going to give the new manager a legitimately fair crack, or is your opinion tainted, for example by the "agent's mate" method in which some fans see the appointment, or by the way in which the previous manager was dismissed? Читать дальше...

Fair play to eustace if he knew.

“Birmingham could be one of the biggest stories in football in the next few years. And I want to be a part of it.”
I was thinking the change would benefit him massively. Also probably a good thing for Longelo who always seemed to be a last resort option for Eustace (although his playing time will still be limited when Buchanan is fit)
Bad news for Sunjic who has actually been playing his best stuff for us this season during his time here.
