The best predictor of the future is the past. Unless we happen to recruit a decent manager like Monk or Rowett we are in for more disappointment. The problem their is our board have the following record when appointing managers:-

Harry Redknapp - Epic Fail
Steve Cotterill - Epic Fail
Garry Monk - Success
Pep Clotet - Epic Fail
I could be wrong but I think Zhao appointed Monk not Dong.
