Knowledgeable people of SHA. I recently had a kitchen installed from Howdens (literally 2 months ago) there is a kitchen island and after it was installed, the worktop started splitting in multiple places. Howdens have agreed it is a faulty product and will replace the worktop but I have to pay to have it installed again (due to this being where the sink is it's not a particularly quick job).
Is this correct? Has anyone had similar issues?
