The Jokerit team(hockey) left the Finnish league about 7 years ago to join the European league, run by Russians, Jokerit have now been banned from playing the last 2 seasons but will be joining the Finnish league again but the third level, they used to play in a modern purpose built stadium, which is owned by Russians also and the whole stadium which was also used for concerts and conventions can not be used and stands empty.
