8.00pm once a week .... (3 replies)
It’s only recently occurred to me that I’ve clapped more in the past 6 weeks than I have during probably 6 or 7 seasons as an ever present down the Blues !!

That’s really positive !
Brilliant carers and docs.
...resuming June 11 apparently, with the first four tournaments behind closed doors.

Looked a big crowd v Man City at home, November 74.

There has already been one tournament.

I was in the Paddocks for this game and there was a small group of Man City fans. They'd obviously been drinking very heavily and when the 3rd goal went in, one of them said he'd throw up if we scored another. We did, and I was a very impressed 10-year old when this guy followed through on his promise.
PDC are putting on a 32 day darts from home competition that starts tomorrow.
All being shown live on their website, you have to register for free.
Thought some might be interested as no other sports going on at the moment.
One from the past.

Hope the link works.
I'd probably set the prices lower than for a season ticket in the paddocks
So probably £150 for a full season of home games
£220 if they threw in the away games as well
So definitely less than a fiver a game for subscribers and £10 a game for everybody else
Club would save on stewarding etc... so would still benefit
Theoretical question. Should football resume behind closed doors then how much would you pay to watch a live stream of a Blues game via say You Tube.
£10, £15 or maybe £20 Could be a way of providing income for the clubs. I'd be willing to if it helps the club just wondered what would be deemed to be a fair price?
Obviously Season Ticket holder access would need to be factored in.

I didn’t know there was such a thing as an ‘ F ‘ pencil.
I knew there was HB , 2B , 3B etc but not an F .
Neither did I know that there’s an annual nude bike ride in London - well there was until it was postponed ....

Also, if this girl doesn’t appreciate what your son has to offer, if she’s not really grateful of him, then she’s not worthy of his time and effort anyway! It might sound harsh but the best way to get over a break up is to focus on the negatives...why she isn’t ‘the one’, aspects of her personality which were just too damn annoying etc- focusing on these sides to the relationship will really help him to move on!
You must really be struggling with lock down if you have resorted to watching tenable.
What a woman. What a Brummie. Went into hospital with CV. Left on Wednesday, recovered & now immune. What a brilliant testimony to the efforts of the brilliant NHS staff in our City.... and the fortitude of a strong-willed woman; one of our own. We need her on the pitch, for the 1st game of the re-start (for a standing ovation).
I wouldn’t put my money on the TdF starting in 2020. The R&A did the sensible thing by cancelling The Open.
Nor would I put my money on the TdF winner being clean. Like CV, the Tour needs to ramp up the effectiveness and transparency of its testing. I’d like to think that Geraint is one of the few exceptions, btw.
A lot of good, interesting indie businesses in Stirchley. They deserve, and need, our full support - as soon as they are allowed to re-open.
Note to self: bring a few mates, as soon as it’s safe to go there. Hopefully before May is out.
Come on all you wonderful people... get your stories to the Blues.

sampled their wares watching the Blues Brothers with my lad, the most enjoyable night of lockdown I have spent.
