It's not all L1 standard.
One of the many things that drags Scots football down is that there are 2 clubs Celtic and Rangers that have the budget, stadia and potential wealth to do decently in Europe, and would certainly be fine in the Prem...and 8 others who are indeed L1. And that's getting worse.. I can remember when Dundee Utd, Aberdeen and Hearts were real contenders. The top league is effectively decided by the 4 Old Firm games

Seems that the Scots football authorities - and a large majority of clubs - have accepted that there is no way that football can resume in a normal context any time soon, have called off the league and awarded prizes, money and relegation places on how things stand now.
Of course it's easy to pick holes in this plan, but then it's easy to pick holes in any plan in these strange days.

The contact with them states they will carry out a dilapidation end of tenancy agreement. The fees section makes no mention of a fee for this - just usual management and set up fees
Can they make this charge legally?
