Down here the Exeter City chairman has had a zoom meeting the gist of which is that League 2 are pushing for final positions to be based on a points per game average. The EFL, with some reluctance, have also agreed that this may be the best way forwards.
However he says that all of the ducks have to be lined up in a row - that is all four leagues plus the conference have to agree on final promotion and relegation positions.
