I totally understand what our board are saying about our finances and our situation. I'm not getting hysterical or personal about John or Michael or even Mark Applegarth. But I thought I saw a very meek and, at times casual acceptance of our performance tonight. Just to be clear I am not calling for RS head but I cannot work out this passive defence philosophy. We oncede metres and metres of ground then expect to score from 70, 80 or ninety metres out. How is that ever going to work against any half decent side? A good coach should be able to change tatic when something is not working. If we play the same way next season, when RS has the squad he wants, then it is time for him to go.
