Hynes gets in any team unless Cleary is playing, great player but Nathan Cleary is next level, class-wise .
As I said before Dunning lost to Barrow. The next 5 were must wins. This is still the case. Need to be going there and getting a win.
Agreed. Best opportunity for us to string some wins together.
With Toulouse playing fax this weekend (so at least one of our play-off rivals losing) then Toulouse having Fev next week, it's a great chance for us just give us some breathing space o
In the play-off places. But we know how good we are at taking our chances... Читать дальше...

As for the appeal? Sanity has prevailed. I'm all for believing the team of officials in the absence of contradictory evidence, but they only get one look and there was a hell of a lot going on, I don't think it undermines them whatsoever to say "We've had a look at all the footage from half a dozen HD cameras at different angles, zoomed in, slow-mo'd, freeze framed, and it turns out you were mistaken." I don't blame the lino, he might have mistaken a grab for a punch... Читать дальше...
28 day trial
Not a bad winger. Played 8 times for Catalan and quite prolific for St Esteve.
Big prop. 22. Played one game for Catalan. Rest for St Esteve

I saw this post on "What would Bevan Say" and thought I would share on here. The stat is quite stark. Something has clearly changed, even Powell alludes to it. Interested to hear views on why we think this has happened.

I definitely fancy us to win more than I did when we played them earlier in the year, think our form has improved and there's dropped. Play like we did on Sunday and cut our errors by 50% and we can win this one.
Our record at Magic is poor though when not playing Rovers, think we have won one game, was against Cas I think (or London), took a couple of hammerings too (Hudds and Saints)

I'm going for us to turn them over. I think it's gonna be our day in Newcastle. I think we've been building for a big performance over the last month and I think Warrington are gonna get it.

One of the reasons I like Corberan is he's shown he can evolve and get teams to punch above their weight.
In his first season at Huddersfield, he tried Bielsaball, but realised he didn't have the players for it and became much more pragmatic in his second season. And his WBA team were much more attacking, whilst still being defensively solid. I think he'll be managing in the PL in a few years, maybe even with us.

I doubt there’s a tougher player in the game than Lomax with what he’s been through injury wise and as a kid.
Continually takes the line on and gets hit late yet an opposition player is never cited nor banned. He’s one tough bugger.
There was a lot of verbals and niggles in that game on Friday with Walters being the prime offender. Seems like he spat his dummy out after the Saints players goaded him after he threw the ball in touch from his flick pass. Читать дальше...
Hiku signing for KR wouldn't have messed our situation up at all.
1. There's no proof we were in for him other than rumour.
2. I doubt we would have put all our eggs in to 1 basket, to then be sat scratching our heads panicking because it didn't work out.
He may have been an option but we'll have had plan A,B,C in the pipeline anyway.
As i say i won't lose any sleep what so ever that he's signed elsewhere. He's a decent player but not a must have player by any means.

We have been regularly out-enthused by Rovers in recent years by journeymen players we felt shouldn't be on the same park as us. Most of them recruited by TS - have faith that he will be spending the cap wisely. Not to mention improving all the current squad, getting defence sorted, promising youngsters & hopefully some real quality - a bit like he did at Rovers ?

If Bentley gets an NRL offer he will leave.
They have so much more money that a few teams might take a punt.
I wouldn't mind it if he stayed,we have enough to replace without losing more young British talent
