I agree he is certainly worth more and would say around 30 million
But if he wants out it`s better to cash in if we can.
Adams as I understand it has a release cause of 20 million and again I think he is worth nearer to 30 mill.

So there's no such thing as an incorrect decision in your world? Interesting. I look forward to your support of all decisions that go against your team too in that case.

I won't hold my breath...

I would be positive if we had not started the season with one hand tied behind our backs due to the current incumbents. I know you will say we had no money but surely this is another example of their complete inability despite have 10 years to do so.

Leigh Leopards • Re: Squads - Leopards v Warriors

Rugby League Supporters Association Online

They put in a herculean effort to beat Saints, their heads are buzzing with Wembley and they don't want to get injured. Next week will be the same with a depleted side. Leeds will win easily. Lam will rest as many as he can for Wembley. If we lift the cup in 2 weeks time, these results won't be remembered. It's Wembley that matters.

Leeds Rhinos • Re: Transfer Talk / Rumour thread V4

I think you're too forgiving on what should be two of our top performers every week. I think our 1,6,7 and 9 were worse, but they didn't help. Too many of our squad are underperforming as individuals, and too many only play well when everyone else does.

Maybe off topic, maybe not, but one thing did make me laugh today was Matt Shaw describing Leeds as a young team. The forwards are, but the average age of the back division is 30, with Ash Handley the youngest at 27. I'm struggling to think of when we've ever had an older set of backs. Читать дальше...

Did the same to Smith and Farrell in the game. Farrell looked pretty angry about it.

7 home games left 5 away, 2 or 3 of those away gamed winnable, apart from saints at home on Thursday, 5 or 6 home wins is minimum, could give us an extra 16-18 points

Providing the squad stays fit and no more daft bans!

In the next 5 we play 3 of the top 5 and both teams fighting for relegation. Tricky run incoming.

Wigan Warriors • Wigan Thrash Leigh to Move Second

Rugby League Supporters Association Online

Wigan Thrash Leigh to Move Second
A seemingly unstoppable Leigh Leopards side fresh from their cup victory over St Helens last weekend travelled the short distance to the DW Stadium to take on a Wigan Warriors side still smarting from their own cup exit at the hands of Hull KR.

A win for the home side would lift them level on points with their opponents but victory for Leigh would lift the, level with the Catalans Dragons in top place going into the final quarter of the season.

Fully agree and would like to hold on to Sinisterra, Adams and Gnonto.
But if we could get 20 million for Gnonto I wouldn`t grumble.
We still need to offload Firpo which is easier said than done.
Another who escapes any criticism is Kinnear who surely must have had a hand in transfers at some point.

Spot on. At various times our passing line was stood still. Sitting ducks for the saints quick aggressive tackling line speed. Credit to saints that aspect of play was excellent. For me the turning point of the game was the saints try on the stroke of halftime. Poor defending it was a literal walk in.

Yet our coach sees things differently he said we lost the game on the bounce of the ball?

Really disappointed with Trueman’s penalty at the end, which ultimately led to us losing the game. It was at a pivotal time, 12-12, and we just pushed them back 30m from a penalty. The game was in the balance and he needlessly does that. Shows a lack of effort and wanting an easy way out, which is the most disappointing thing - he’s impressed so far up until that and was better than Clifford in the game. I hope Tony give him a rocket.

Well people from Warrington may as well be from a different country

I think he’d be a big miss if he did retire even going in to next year. I’ve not heard anything that says otherwise guessing it all hinges on how he recovers.
