I’m with you on this. For motivation team should be reminded of last season when we had that Friday night game when they absolutely spanked us even though they were palpable not that good. Was that Coleman’s
last game in charge? Cant remember:should have been. Onwards and upwards.

Wakefield Trinity • Essential next season.

Rugby League Supporters Association Online

Viewing the effervescent David Fifita & the vibrancy he brings to the club & dressing room & therefore to each individual it becomes obvious this ingredient was missing until he came again to the club. Therefore who will provide this vital ingredient next season which or where ever we play next season !
Personally we need him next season but more importantly we need to scour for a player that holds this ability to replace him a.s.a.p.
It is obvious what has been missing, his enthusiasm... Читать дальше...

I’m very happy. Following a club making progress. Enjoying all our matches even when we lose as I know we have competed. The wins are much better of course. The annihilations as on Friday are extra special. Do not confuse my jibes as sour grapes, those tend to come from the supporters of losing clubs. You should be appreciating that at the moment. This is the third season you have been the second club in the City. We finished... Читать дальше...

NFL game pass has switched to them from where? Do you understand what game pass actually is?

DAZN are the platform holder for Game Pass International. The Sunday night games for example are not available in the in the UK as Sky hold the TV rights.

In America for example NFL game pass is not available through DAZN.

Essentially instead of subscribing directly from the NFL you instead will subscribe through DAZN and yes this will be a separate subscription from the regular monthly DAZN sub. Читать дальше...

Good result there.

I thought the same. Think they were leading by a lot but Leeds came right back and we held on for a close win. Well done to them. Shame they don’t put academy and reserves games on trinity tv like they used to.

Then there’s Bousquet‘s try - surely that was double movement. Dived over with ball in his right hand, right arm goes down during tackle, removes ball with his left hand and puts the ball down outside the upright. Not saying we’d have won but wrong calls, small margins and momentum. If right calls made maybe we wouldn’t have had to force it. Читать дальше...

Wow meltdown time again. You'd think we were the Bulls and using DR and loans every week the way some react in here and social media.

As for Maizen I'm not sure what games people watch. He's shown the odd glimpse, obviously got pace. But his defence has been all over the place, even when he's moved out to the wing in some games. And he doesn't run his weight, doesn't offer the same endeavour or threat doing the hard yards you expect of your three quarters.

Right from the start of his time at Wigan, Mago seemed to be limping in a way very similar to George Burgess. Whether that's an injury or not I don't know and the club wouldn't admit it if it was after the Burgess fiasco. Cardio obviously very poor as well and ultimately he's another very poor signing in the forwards.

Getting a dig at someone else’s family is the sort of post I’d expect from you, Dave. I don’t know if what you say is true or not but the fact that you felt it appropriate to post it says more about you than it does about the Abdull family.

Anyone got round to see academy game today against Hull FC? Saw that they lost even though they seemed to have some of the reserve lads playing.

Reason abdull hadn’t been playing was for personal family reasons , rovers decided to give him time off after bad rumours going around about his family.

Great to see that most of the tries were created some distance from the line and not the usual forward barging over the line from the 10m line. Some great breaks during the game and Max Jowitt showing just what a class full back he is. Hood's best game since the trouncing of Cas last season. The addition of Dagger, Gale and the return of Big Dave have been really inspirational moves. There seemed to be an air of "We're all in this together lads". There may still be a glimmer of hope. Leigh Leopards • Writing for fun

Rugby League Supporters Association Online

In 1988 I started to write a novel that combined my interests in Rugby League since 1947, my working as an electrical draughtsman most of my life and the old saying about work that "They should write a book about that place. It would be a best seller".
I have now written six novels and have thoroughly enjoyed doing it. I have also talked with many rugby league fans about this too. Some have told me that they would like to do what I have done but would need plenty help to get started. Other people... Читать дальше...

Warrington Wolves • Think Positive!

Rugby League Supporters Association Online

I think if Powell does much more cleansing we will be welcoming the likes of Coventry ,North Wales & that Cornish team to the HJ. I do wonder if there is a thread at the club that maybe the club is worth more dead than alive.

On a positive note ,we are, as fans , getting positively shafted.

Warrington Wolves • Leadership Group

Rugby League Supporters Association Online

The new "thing" these days seems to be a leadership group. Personally I think its rubbish - the 13 players on the team should be a leadership group, full stop.

But we should be more blessed with "leaders", based on experience, than most. But where are they?

Vaughan, Clarke, Ratchford, Drinkwater, Dufty, Kasiano

All I'm seeing is petulance, frustration, sulking and liabilities. But these are the players Powell should be dragging into his office and having a heart to heart with. Читать дальше...

Leigh Leopards • Best since 1982!!

Rugby League Supporters Association Online

For the first time since 1982, we are the top English side in the table. After last night’s masterclass, who’se to say we won’t stay there? Warrington, Salford and Hull KR seem to have imploded, Wigan and Saints are still still inconsistent.
The only fly in n the ointment seems to be can we hold onto our best players. Apparently 4 NRL clubs are interested in Laclam, while John Asiata gets rave reviews each week. So Leigh fans enjoy the ride while we can!

It was clear to see what we had missed all season until Fifita and Gale arrived and that is leaders. Whilst I appreciate what Ashurst/Pitts etc do they are not vocal enough nor the personalities to be captains. Proctor albeit very experienced doesn't know the club and may not give the influence hoped. Fifita understands the club and has the personality to bring the best out (Probably helping Atoni with confidence too) and the way Gale shows and tells where to set up has made a huge difference and... Warrington Wolves • Recruitment rumours and links

Rugby League Supporters Association Online

At the moment the club are obviously exploring recruitment... The problem becomes that these will be daryl signings that another coach may not have wanted... For example Daryl's over reliance on signing more props for a particular style of play which Could tie any new coach's hand if one comes in ... difficult times ahead either way
