I don't want rid of Oledzki and Smith. They are part of the problem because as individuals they can do a lot better. They can and should take more responsibility when others aren't playing well. Is that too much to ask for an England fringe player and someone a lot of people suggest should be captain?
As for Clune, its likely that at the start of next season he won't have played first grade for over a year. I think we can do better.

Not buying into this cup hangover ruse. This is the worst of the points 'throw aways from winning positions' this season (Sheffield 18+, York 10+, Batley 10+, Toulouse +8 at half- time, Bulls 2+ with 10 seconds left). I think someone said a few weeks back that we are looking at 7th and if London win this weekend then we are looking at have to go beat them again. If we make the right signings we'd be competitive very quickly. Get a full back and halfback as good as Weslby and Lam in our team and we'd have won easily today. Our spine is just generally poor far too often. Austin had those two good games on the bounce but far too often is part of the problem and Sezer just looks as bad as he did before Smith arrived. Myler will look OK again when the others play well, but he has never shown any ability to drag the team to a win.
