Wigan Warriors • Re: Catalans (GF)

Rugby League Supporters Association Online

Mago busted a gut to pressure the kicker at one point as well (last contribution before being subbed), which is a great sign of how he’s turned things around.

I’ve just watched the game back for the first time and I think Wardle deserved the MOM. Harry Smith was excellent outside of a couple of poor kicks. Jai Field scared them to death. I thought Smithies was superb as well (55 tackles he made). It was a shame to see Havard go down again and hopefully it’s not too bad. A real shame to see him miss the England series now. I heard Kelepi Tanginoa was heading to Leigh, but no concrete evidence on that one though.

Yes good to see London win without as many journeymen as Toulouse.
Toulouse`s hooker looked ok.

If Bullock has the chance to prove you right, we will be too poor up front to win anything.

Not a sniff. You are a good decade away. Toxic culture, clueless coach, terrible signings year after year and a poor academy. These can’t be fixed overnight

Poor game throughout and an awful spectacle for the showpiece event. Tom went well defensively though and gave a performance that will be very handy for him moving forward given it was a misguided perceived weakness in his game. Crowd was announced as about 58,000.

Dodgy sticks are definitely contributing to skys thinking moving forward. Sticks are a much bigger problem than people think..and sky can’t control it.
But the emergence of women’s soccer, some other minor sports, and the greedy premier league means sky are looking to put rugby league on the back burner.
I can’t help but think that the reason for showing every game on sky is to see how that goes ( because it certainly won’t benefit clubs regarding away support)... Читать дальше...

Wakefield Trinity • Re: We have been relegated on RFL forum

Rugby League Supporters Association Online

A Super League Toulouse would've been a much more difficult opposition in IMG terms than a Super League London in my view so it's the better of the two options for Trinity.

London will get pumped next year
They weren't expecting to go up so haven't secured any decent signings like Leigh did, Hughes doesn't seem overly interested, they haven't been in the top division in the last 3 years and their crowds aren't likely to set the world alight. We just need to get our house in order next... Читать дальше...

London Broncos • Significant Change on This Forum Website

Rugby League Supporters Association Online

The link to the London Broncos sub forum has gone. But don't worry, it's already been moved to the Super League section. I was initially confused, but only took me a second or two to realise what has happened, It is quite impressive to look at mind and almost feels like official confirmation to see London amongst all those Super League teams.

That price is for the North stand corner which wont suit everyone, I much prefer watching RL down the side. But its a competitive price and surely some South standers would be tempted to move

Nobody knows yet. They haven't released any details or fixture schedules.

Edit - for what it is worth, you can get a NOW TV subscription that shows all the Sky Sports channels for a fraction of a Sky subscription, and it'll work on any smart device.

Halifax Panthers • Re: BATTLE FOR THE PLAYOFFS

Rugby League Supporters Association Online

Congratulations to London, they played the system spot on and finished the season strongly. It'll be interesting if they now manage to establish themselves in SL. Going forward under the name "London" will, however, always be a problem as nobody in the Big Smoke really relates to the city in name, I would have thought taking on a regional name (Fulham was probably the biggest success in the city) would be a better idea.

It'll also be interesting to see if Toulouse decide to carry on in the... Читать дальше...

For me the better of the two options as there are doubts about what TV money the French teams contribute and also Toulouse's finances.

Can we all cross everything we've got that London stay at a stadium for longer than 5minutes and build up some support
