Wakefield Trinity • An old chesnut.

I think the big photos like those in Fox's would be fine in the new stand.

Bradford Bulls • IMG Grading released

Rugby League Supporters Association Online

Although IMG were only looking at finances for the last 3 years it’s blatant corruption they haven’t gone back 7 years for Bradford and Bradford alone

It's the off season mate, not much reason to be going on oppo boards. First time I've logged into RLFans for a few weeks and that was only to read reaction to the IMG gradings.

Fwiw I am gutted about Eseh, thought he'd be a really good signing and I was nowhere near as down on Saints' recruitment compared to yours as others when I thought we'd be signing Eseh and a centre. Can't really say the same now, does feel like there's a bit of malaise around the fan base. Читать дальше...

Thats my point.Nothing IMG have come up with would yield profits for them thats why my opinion is they wont work for nothing for 12 years so have to be charging the RFL for their work.
We will know anyway next year when the RFL accounts are available

Okay, life is short and it is slightly disorientating for me taking on the role of optimist in a conversation… so, briefly:

They’ve only just started. Nobody is more scarred than me by #-year RL-related... Читать дальше...

Wigan Warriors • Re: Sam Eseh 2yr deal

Rhinos fan in peace: gutted you guys have snagged Eseh (and Walters I still have tears), but happy he’s gone to you rather than Saints. Leeds must have been in for him as well and he’s from Leeds but hey.

You have some pack next year, I really like Peet he’s a top bloke so good luck.

McDonnell has been awesome for Leeds so thanks for that one at least.

Leeds Rhinos • Re: 2024 l Academy, Scholarship & Reserves News

Rugby League Supporters Association Online

It‘a true we do have a very strong crop of young players coming through currently. I know some complained about letting Tchambe go, but that tells you something about how confident the club are in other wingers in the system.

As soon as we fix the first team we have a trickle feed of quality coming through.

I’m still not sure whether Gannon will end up at prop or 13 rather than second row.

Wakefield Trinity • IMG Announce Proposed Criteria for Super League 2025

Rugby League Supporters Association Online

Being pleasantly surprised by the scoring, I've had a stab at the score breakdown. I have to admit to having to score higher than I predicted in some areas in order to reach the 12.52 score awarded by IMG.

But with the score bandings in most sections being structured very much in a way where common sense can rule out any other possibilities - it leaves only a few areas where the scores could differ. (Without knowing unpublished figures within accounts, official stadium capacities for this season etc). Читать дальше...

Same team at Stanley that went a season unbeaten, most of the kids were offered apprentice deals , James brown went to leeds, Ryan Hudson to castleford , Danny Barnes Halifax I think, andy speake played for us, can’t remember all the others , bit like the all conquering sharlston team of yesteryear

Halifax Panthers • Club Admin errors

Rugby League Supporters Association Online

Interested to note that the two companies that own Halifax failed to get the paperwork done on time to submit their Confirmation Statements to Companies House.

One now done.

Perhaps shows the slipshod way in which the non-communicative BoD regard as normal? Or are rumours of a lack of clear financial management true?

Same as we finished in the league tables then.

Not that we ever had any chance of being in the 12 but would any of us have been any happier with the system itself if we had been any higher, say close to qualifying?

I think been closer would have made it worse as now we can just sit back and laugh at what a mess it is where as it would have been a lot easier to be more invested in it if we were somewhere near. We can sit back and watch the meltdowns. Читать дальше...
