London Broncos • Re: New Super League shirts in time for Christmas.
We got ours today as well. Very pleased.
They seemed to have sold a reasonable number.

31 years old. Born in Castleford, Second Row Forward, with one solitary England cap. He spent 11 years with his home town club, before a relatively unsuccessful stint with the Warrington Wolves. Hated by the Wire folk, he made the move to the Leigh Leopards along with a raft of other Warrington players for what would be the magnificent 2023 season.
Holmes would become a regular in the squad, but was unable to nail down a starting place, with Joe Wardle and Jack Hughes being preferred as partners for Kai O'Donnell. Читать дальше...
Has anyone seen that Xavier Coates' try?

No mention of the referee, that’s a good sign.

Welcome, BT. After 42 years of faithful Trinity support you, like many other supporters, deserve to see something worthwhile this season.

Danny Langtree has some superb performances in the reserves, he never got a shot in the first team, he was a second row with great pace, and an eye for the try line, but the whisper at the time was because of the salary cap and appearance constraints he didn’t make it, I’m surprised this passed you bye.

Couldn't go today as away on holiday so would be interested to hear people's thoughts - following on twitter sounded a lot
closer than perhaps some expected.

Just going back to the Fev situation, wasn't it non payment to players that had something to do with our points deduction back in 2001.

Smith saying that the players are fatigued after 5 games and that's why we're struggling puts Clifford's comments about pre season being a piece of pi$$ into context

They might try hard but some of the defending is dismal. Especially left side.

Hi everyone , followed Trinity since 1982 , my very first game was against Oldham in the Challenge Cup at Belle Vue , Harold Box , Billy Harris and Andrew Fletcher .
I was at Cas when we were relegated for the very first time in our history on the final day of that season !!
Welcome to Trinity !!!!
Finally after all these years I really think we are on the verge of something at Trinity .
God only knows we've waited long enough .

I don't really understand this 'we had players missing' thing - if that's the case then you're saying outside your alleged first 17 the other players aren't good enough?
Clubs have squads if rotation in the squad is not up to standard then that's bad recruiting.
I don't even know what out first 17 is?

15 years today since we spanked them 60-8 with Orr converting all 10 tries and the infamous shirt burning incident.
Would be good to get a result, but Wire look to be a big side and as the season progresses we will tire from endlessly tackling bigger units.
Will be interesting to see the crowd numbers and if they remain high....

So, 6th game against Cats after the cup, and potentially could be top of the league.
Thoughts on Burgess so far? Anyone not surprised?

Interesting second row with Big Joe named there.. good to see Burgess keeping faith with Wrench, after a couple of shaky performances in defence

I can't get any tickets through the ticketing system. First it said they were not available to me, now it says sold out! I'm not prepared to drive to the ticket office and spend hours queuing, or to spend forever hanging on the phone. I'm a STH so I shouldn't need to do these things, and I expect the club to sort me out tickets as a priority. I haven't missed a GF game in years, but it's looking like I will this year. Challenge Cup tie, just the same.

For those of us older supporters from the 70s the sad news Charlie passed away. Hard as nails forward who had dodgy knees and was always strapped up. But boy what a great tough forward. Could do with the likes of him today. RIP Charlie
