Hull KR • Corey Hall

Rugby League Supporters Association Online

Welcome aboard, very astute bit of business by Rovers here not quite sure how we've pulled this off. Quite the coup.

I liked Dagger and would thank him for his time at the club, I was very pleased when we picked him up as a nineteen (was he?) year old but he's never really kicked on, had plenty of opportunities and been unlucky with injuries.

I mean, I know non of us can be ar5ed to post anymore but I thought I'd mention it.

Wakefield Trinity • Academy

Rugby League Supporters Association Online

Given the position that we find ourselves in, and the respective positions of both Castleford and Featherstone, should we be looking at having a fully integrated joint academy and junior set-up between the three clubs. Call it the Calder academy or something

This is about protecting our young lads coming through the system and keeping them local instead of losing them to other clubs or losing them from the game completely, especially as over the next few seasons its looking like there could... Читать дальше...

Dunning's problem is when it's going wrong it goes to bits seems too rabbit in the headlights has no ability to change it.

Yep, rumblings George Williams might be wanted by Wests have been reported again.

Saints have lost a couple over the years to the NRL but nothing in comparison to us. Wire haven’t lost anyone of real note to there either.

Part of the reason we’ve fallen behind saints is being unable to retain players from the NRL.

I think Jukesy mentioned it a few weeks ago.

Agreed, they can cry on another thread.

What should we do instead of "cry". Accept our shambolic attempts to be even semi competitive?

Your also missing the fact that the Stadium can as lovely as you like. But many are worried that there migh not even be a rugby team to play in it.

I agree with the above and would expect a big response from the players this week because last weekend was unacceptable. I would expect Doro to get a run this week with Fairbanks ban starting and leigh will not want gannon getting cup tied. I will go for a fax win 30-10.

Mark Roberts was one of my top 3 back rowers. Never seen a forward as fast with an uncanny ability to pick a line. If he broke the defensive line from the half way line onwards no-one would catch him.

Away end officially sold out.

This is what infuriates me with some Saints and Wigan fans. I get the hatred, I get the rivalry, I don't want Wigan to win a game unless it benefits Saints or its against the Aussies but the fact is both clubs need each other and moreover SL needs them both.

Wigan fill their allocation at Saints and vice versa. Both clubs take 1000's to away games, both have a thriving Academy and Reserves structure etc.

Leeds Rhinos • SL RD 7 | Hull KR (A)

To be honest I'd rather Davies did get off than repeat last year's debacle of suspensions. I think it was one of those that looked a bit worse than it was due to the high speed, but that's also Davies' main defence - he was running full belt in cover and didn't have much time to pull out once Myler passed the ball. I personally think it deserved maybe a game, but I can live with the decision. Compare that to Martin's laughable suspension last year for walking into an opponent who only fell over because he wasn't looking where he was going. Читать дальше...

Well I think that’s what clubs outside of SL believe, and that’s why they want the current criteria changed, interesting times ahead, who will blink first, IMG or none SL clubs, keeping in mind that the Sky deal ends this year, and nothing’s been announced re new deal, MCs comment re clubs returning to part time if there is no new deal, then why would clubs outside SL vote for an IMG scheme that excludes those clubs. As I have said, interesting times ahead. Читать дальше...
