If there is a club out there that wants a coaching team with no idea's, Radford and Last are available.Has anyone seen Miller pass the ball to Widdop this season?
They need to sew pockets on the Cas shorts, so they can keep their hands warm.

Noah Stephens did well but to compare him with Sammy Kibula? There’s more heart in a tin of dog food than in Sammy Kibula.

Noah Stephens looked like he had a bit of mongrel in him.

You are probably correct!

I suspect Ricky Stuart’s high intensity training sessions were also a factor.

It’s no fun in fat club.

Interesting tweets.
“ Roll on May 1st”
“ can’t beat em might as well join em and all that”

Wonder what that means?

Available seats added in Block Q, possibly Wigan returns.

I thought Wigan were a big club with a good following. Big clubs don’t return tickets.

Wigan Warriors • The Wigan Way - New Podcast

Rugby League Supporters Association Online

Hi all
My Son and a couple of his mates have recently started doing a weekly Podcast on Spotify reviewing the previous weeks Wigan game, along with a complete review of all the other SL games plus an NRL review.
Back end of that they preview the upcoming weeks games.

Would appreciate it if any of you get chance to give it a listen and any feedback/ideas would be appreciated
The 4th episode reviewing Good Friday has just gone up, but the other 3 are also on there if you wanted to go back and listen to them also. Читать дальше...

Slightly off-topic, the busiest and most packed in I can ever remember at the HJ, was that first game v Wakefield.

I don’t know what the official attendance was, but I was crammed in like a sardine that day. It has never felt so packed out, or even look as packed out since. Imo.
There were 4 empty corners back then.

Yup, I remember being one of those sardines. 14,206 was the attendance.

Pretty sure they had to lower the capacity after that due to safety concerns. Читать дальше...

Could have done their whole squad to be honest! I think their recruit has been brilliant the past few years, then if a bigger club does poach a player..e.g Hastings, theyve got the knack of then finding the next gem (Croft)

it is considering they have to keep rebuilding their squad due to player exits.
Is it down to having a smart coach? I think so

Leeds Rhinos • Re: Leeds Rhinos OOC 2023

He didn't look passive in the pre-season games - very physical with the ball but a bit all over the place in terms of understanding the game. I'd expect that would be his main aim wherever he plays, to learn the positional elements of his role. I hope he makes it but he's been signed to hopefully be a first teamer by 2025, not this year.

Kershaw has some sort of allergic reaction to space, causing him to swerve violently across the pitch.

Thanks for that - didn’t realise injury was taken into account. Seems a bit odd to me as it can be complete random luck whether dangerous play results in an injury but fair enough - rules are rules.

It doesn’t mean that they are good rules or even if the rules are interpreted correctly by the match review panel. For me, the grading system should be dispensed with if you have a repeat offender with a second, third etc., offence attracting a greater penalty than the previous. Читать дальше...

Wire will not get a replacement this season.
The money may be used as bonuses for the current squad players.
The reasons are…we don’t need a replacement and if we brought one in, it would be unsettling to push someone else out…especially when the team is doing so well.
If it ain’t broke…

That's Tanginoa a definite signing in the next few weeks then

Hull FC • On To Leeds

Rugby League Supporters Association Online

I just don’t get any of it really, like when we signed evans I thought he would be a dominant forward in SL but would struggle with his discipline.

What we got is a big pudding who doesn’t want to carry and struggles with his discipline.

Why is it players forget the basics of rugby when they come into our first team. We have players who defend like U8’s and show no sign of improvement.

To be fair, the Jowitt try was a nice one, but the others' were just barge over ones from close range? I agree we have missed Jowitt, and a fully fit and firing Tanginoa. But I agree with other posters, we are too slow all over the field, both in legs and mentally. Seriously, even if we'd have had Murphy on one wing and Addo-carr on the other, they'd...
