Thought this deserved a thread of it’s own. The new coach thread is the place for debating whether or not Burgess is the right coach (and some are rightly shocked nebula the direction the club has taken) but I thought that this documentary may shed a bit more light on why we chose Big Sam.

Considering that two of our near neighbours have an ex-player/assistant coach and an assistant coach that no-one had heard of as their head coaches, the Sam Burgess rumour doesn't sound too bad. Bit a gamble but worth a go, and Middleton seems keen on bonuses related to trophies.

What's happened to that Rushton lad, I never see or hear anything about him these days, Anyone got any info at all.
Congrats to the team for the last 4 performances as well obviously the Dragons and Hull results were a lot better that the other two but fair do's any win is very welcome at the moment.
I have been as critical of Watson as anyone and I'm still unconvinced by his style of coaching but nevertheless any win is to be welcomed and so for his part in the turn around however long it lasts he is due his share of the credit... Читать дальше...

The other forum is reporting that the reserve fixture against Leeds this week has been cancelled as the visitors cannot raise a team. For goodness sake this is not a part-time outfit we are talking about, Leeds are in danger of becoming a laughing stock.
