Wigan Warriors • Kaide Ellis

Rugby League Supporters Association Online

We needed that, would have been bare bones without him.

Hopefully Mago is fine and we’ll have a decent pack.

Disgusting.

Life bans for all (if they are even rugby fans).

Bradford Bulls • 2024 Squad and Recruitment

Rugby League Supporters Association Online

Consistent performer for us and a good centre at Championship level. Useful player to have in the squad, although I would expect Myers will be keeping him on his toes for the centre spot in 2024.

Answer the question. You claimed 6 games a week will be ruined (every single game a week) so I am asking you which games of the hundreds with a VR have been ruined so far?

Oh you can’t. Thought so

Maybe you can answer my questions-
If RU get 5 times more revenue than RL how comes teams have folded and most are struggling.
IF RU is ran better how is this happening.

OH you cant.Thought so

Wigan Warriors • Another Wigan game on TV!

Rugby League Supporters Association Online

I think Wigan must have broke the record for the most games either Home or Away that have been televised either on Sky, Channel 4 or BBC with the game on Friday v Salford being televised on Sky! I sometimes wonder people buy expensive season tickets and travel to away games when 80 percent of games are now on TV! Why do Sky not cover the relegation battle between Castleford and Wakefield more as the top 4 is now settled

Bradford Bulls • Jack Walket to HKR?

Rugby League Supporters Association Online

Possibly would have him back but he'd be a big earner and is quite injury prone. I too prefer Holmes in at halfback but I'd be reluctant to spend big on Walker at the expense of every other area. It's a fine balancing act. It does look like HKR are after a better quality of player with the likes of May and Hiku coming in. I can see him going to the promoted side or somewhere like Wakey or Cas.

Yeah we let in some soft tries by the look of the highlights. That kind of inconsistency will be punished by Fev.

Hull FC • Re: Leeds Rhinos - Home

I have a feeling we may not see Hoy again this season, however he would be a welcome return for Saturday. A Hoy/Clifford half back pairing could be fun to watch for four matches at least.

Worth noting too a screenshot from a Skolars fans Facebook site has appeared online in which it's basically confirmed the club "may" have to drop out of the pro game.

There could be a medium to long term impact on Broncos / wider London RL depending on exactly what happens out White Hart Lane way.

Would be a real shame if that's the case. Reading recent comments from Joe Mbu and he seemed to still be speaking about preparing for next season... Читать дальше...

Wakefield Trinity • Re: Insanity

Rugby League Supporters Association Online

If you are talking director loans, they stay as liabilities on the balance sheet while ever the loan is outstanding to be paid
If its agreed that the loan is not to be repaid it simply stays as an asset in either the item that was bought or cash and isn't listed as a loan anymore.....and the balance sheet looks more healthy by that amount.
I assume that will show in the next accounts if it goes that way.
Pleased news of recruitment has started. Seen him a few times in NRL. A big athletic backrow forward. Let's hope he stays fit. A young player which is a positive. Jones seems to have disappeared, Macqueen may well retire, so an area we need players. I'd love to see a top hooker and half back.
Wakefield Trinity • Stadium and other issues

Rugby League Supporters Association Online

I think I'm starting to understand your issue Egg. We are talking about different things.

The 12k stadium and Newmarket discussed many years ago. It is now absolutely dead in the water. There were many people involved in that over the years if you are looking to blame someone.

What this group have done, JM in particular, is take a dead in the water proposal and make a beneficial return out of it.

Personally I prefer something built on the Belle Vue footprint rather than Newmarket. Читать дальше...
