There's some footage of the stadium, with some players training, from 1952 about 10 minutes in on this video.

I’m coming up for Saturdays game on Friday & staying in Leeds city centre. Does anyone know a pub around the centre which will have the St Helens v Leigh game showing on Friday night.
TIA

Does anyone know the new rules? As I understand it, clubs can have three marquee players but only be must be federation trained. What I am uncertain about is could a club have three federation players if they so choose?

Donaldson and Goudemand...small for backrowers shouldnt be played at prop. It's no wonder we cant get a good platform for the backs when we persist with stupidity.

Anyway looks a promising signing!

He's not played a single game of NRL I don't think, and only one senior game for Castleford, I'm not sure that's what we want from a starting full back is it?

Deserves its own thread, but what a player, probably the most important player I've seen and without him, we wouldn't have won the cup in 16/17.
Good luck with you future, a true legend.

We seem to be at that point again.
Good player with injury/ etc issues or a crap player to fill the numbers.
The thought of three injury prone players all in the 3/4s is worrying when Roberts Olpherts and Martin are the back up but what else os there?.
We seem to struggle to get what we need and while Miller is a good signing and Goudemand will do a job but we have basically lost Leeming,Walters,Sezar,Austin,Tetevano and signed Miller abd Goudemand. Must be another two or three.

Never going to happen but I'd have Bowes in for Lino or Hood.
I like Eseh but he's still very raw and made a few errors against Saints, but the props pick themselves. Like Atoni at 13. Has a good pair of hands for a forward.

Break the losing streak or hand Wakey a lifeline? To be honest, either suits me.
Squad:
Mourgue, Davies, Keighran, Yaha, Pearce, McMeeken, McIlorum, Bousquet, Whitley, Séguier, Garcia, Da Costa, Goudemand, Navarrete, Rougé, Chan, Romano, Dezaria, Johnstone, Ma'u, Tomkins.
Wakey:
Jowitt, Lineham, Lino, Battye, Hood, Whitbread, Ashurst, Tanginoa, Pitts, Kay, Bowden, Atoni, Kershaw, Proctor, Jones, Eseh, Senior, Gale, Croft, Fifita, Griffin.

pretty dejecting knowing it'll be Hoy and Lovodua/Houghton in the halves, and it must be pretty dejecting as a young player seeing underperforming players playing out of position getting a crack over yourself.
