I’m always wary of trying to interpret your posts so I would really appreciate clarification.
Are you saying Mike Rush CEO of Saints told you personally about their contact with Clark? If not, what are you saying?

It was said directly out of CEO Mike Rush’s mouth at Coldplay at MCFC. word for word.

The only problem is that over the years, Hughes has shown little or no interest in learning from anyone.

Bite bite bite bite bite you can’t stop replying. That’s what comes with a massive ego thinking you’re gods gift to the championship. Stick to the facts you’re a championship club. Not good enough for superleague.

My local team Hampton and Richmond Borough has significantly increased attendances this season. Decent form helps but they have also made an effort to attract more youngsters to games. Another example the Broncos should be looking at.

This is an interesting thread to look back on now, isn't it? It just shows the level of criticism that some youngsters can face early in their career, even those that go on to be Golden Boot contenders. Credit to Wigan for believing in Smith and sticking by him.

It also really highlights how bad things got for a period of time under Lam. I'd forgotten about Hastings playing at FB, players being signed and not used whilst others being dragged out of position to cover. Читать дальше...

Whilst he might have ambitions to play in the NRL and good luck to the lad.
I`m not convinced his defence is good enough for the NRL and could be a bit like Gildart when he went over and was found out.
I wouldn`t be at all surprised if he ends up at St Helens come 2025.

Problem is these new signings in the pack are replacing our best players in the pack ( Taylor, satae,

Our 2 best players in swift and Clifford haven't been replaced

Keeping one of those would have made made our recruitment so much easier.

In my opinion we have only replaced one with Okunbor.

Ashworth can play SR but is now far more effective as a prop.

Unless we can bring someone else of quality in our back row is very weak. Читать дальше...

For Dual Reg with Leeds in 2023 we had
Luis Roberts
Leon Ruan
Corey Johnson
James Donaldson
Sam Walters
Liam Tindall

The top 3 didn't make a difference and resulted in Dunning losing his job as he relied on it instead of our own players.

Donaldson and Walters played 1 game for us
Tindall played majority for us as had already signed for Hull FC.

So the Mike Eccles interview does seem to confirm that the 5 signings we’ve seen: three old boys, the lad from Keighley and Kennedy are what we’ve signed. I have to say that is a surprise but perhaps shouldn’t be after last two recruitment cycles where we have gone about our business in a ‘unique’ way. Big job ahead.

You are correct from the perspective by which you view it... but I'd guess you are a long time customer and are happy with your expressed terms. And, in some cases. I agree... the quality of the opposition and a series of good results will attract more people...
