no consistency? haven't we just gone something like eleven unbeaten?
play offs are a certainty. and there's still 70.odd points to play for.
last year burnley were regarded as the best ever championship team. we are on par to match them

I want to see how Mitch Souter goes. Supposedly he’s been ripping it up in training. He could really speed the forwards up

I`ve always been impressed with Danika Primm as she isn`t afraid to say what she thinks and does seem knowledgeable.
If we can get rid of JJB and Wilkin and bring in Amor, Brown and Tomkins that would do.
Stevie Ward and Ryan Hall were both very good when they appeared on Sky.

As a Wigan fan, what Wigan did against Manly eclipses what Saints did
What Wigan did against Brisbane eclipses what Saints did
If Wigan beat Penrith that will also eclipse what Saints did
This doesnt mean to detract from the great achievement of St Helens as it was a fantastic shot in the arm for SL.
64,000 at Brisbane,37,000 (approx) says more fans of both hemispheres were interested in the Wigan's games than the Saints game and poss sellout at Wigan as a bonus this time.

Yes I agree about the junior tickets, but in all fairness we had nothing to lose this season by taking the approach we did.
A nominal charge for juniors would be the obvious thing to do next season.

Wellens is the biggest hypocrite of all time, and a dull, dour sod to boot.
The fine was righteous, justified, and carried out in accordance with the laws of the land.

I am delighted that both he and Smith are staying. Hopefully this will strengthen the England set up and encourage more young players to rebuff the Aussie dollar. The domestic game will only get stronger if we can hang on to our developing stars. And I think that the myth that going to the NRL makes the England team stronger has been busted a few times in recent years.
And as a Wigan fan I think it’s fair to say that the Saints will be fine in 2024. They are a very well run club. Читать дальше...
I'd be much more interested in Bill Arthur leaving Sky.

Name me any player that is in their prime at 34?
At 28/9 he was the Australian playmaker.
In the 2018 series he played all 3 games.
2019 he was dropped but selected for game 2.
He was obviously a great play maker and a great player for Catalans (which I think you were saying he wasn’t so I find it odd you are now maybe saying he was?).
The pattern over the years before he joined Catalans wasn’t one of a player on an upwards trajectory though. Читать дальше...

Absolutely agree would love to see O’Donnell at Wakey but it won’t be anytime soon.
One of the best secondrows in SL and still only 24.
Money talks but think he will be prioritising a move back to the NRL before he gets past his sell by date and becomes a permanent fixture in SL.

It's great news but as we all know injuries do happen on the training field, especially early in the season.
