Everything, Everywhere, All At Once

Multiple Oscar nominated and probably righty so but it will need you full concentration for its full 140 minute runtime and even then, if you are like me, you will miss something and have to watch it again. It´s brilliantly acted, colourful, violent, and a cross between a great Tarantino movie and a martial arts spectacular with a crazy sci-fi storyline that will leave you baffled and reeling.

And you´ll never look at a bagel or hot dog in the same way again! Читать дальше...

Hull FC • The Official Hull FC Message Board!

Rugby League Supporters Association Online

the Club Message board was closed by Trish Goldsmith after some abusive behaviour and we all re registered to continue being abusive on here I think. the news group and In any kinda weather (the fanzine) were brilliant back then.

Halifax Panthers • Re: 2023 predictions

Rugby League Supporters Association Online

1. Featherstone - I think they will have the edge on us over the season due to depth in their squad but don't think the margin will be as wide as some people are predicting.
2. Halifax - We have signed well and anything less than 3rd would be a disappointment with the team we have.
3. Toulouse - Lost a few players and although I think they will be strong I just think we may sneak above them.
4. Batley - Lost a couple of key players but I don't expect a dramatic drop off. A well coached team with a big pack they will do well again. Читать дальше...

The Facebook page is purely to look at, you don't do anything via it. It's up to you if you want to look at it - it will be as restricted as I dare to keep the troublemakers off. I may set up a web page later but tbh much as I like them they are not really. needed for this venture.

The actual mechanics of it will be run by the Database and the only contact will be via e-mail directly from the club... Читать дальше...

Leeds Rhinos • Re: The ONLY LUFC Football Thread

McKennie at 20/25 million is a good signing 30 seems to be stretching it.
Similar to Rutter who I think we`ve paid 5-8 million over the odds and that`s according the German press and the fans.
Is McKennie going to create chances for our forwards?
Or is he another Adams style player?

Wakefield Trinity • Updates

Rugby League Supporters Association Online

Hi all, couple of updates.

FIRST:

The full version of the Trinity Times will be on sale for the Catalan game. Remember the Reece Lyne edition was a test.

The price is going up, however so are the number of pages and the amount of content.

The only thing missing will be Reserve/Academy results, as no games will have been played when the first issue goes on sale.

Think you will enjoy, with the addition of a humorous column, two new contributors and a quiz, it will be a good 20 minute read... Читать дальше...

Before the board on the club's website there was a newsgroup, this was late nineties, Hull Sharks days. Very embrionic days of social media!

London Broncos • Eccles Interview & Additions

Very true, had we retained the likes of Palumbo, Tuliati and Siti maybe things wouldn't look quite so stretched. I can understand not bringing in players who won't 'fit' but our squad is paper thin.
The only consolation I take is that we were in a similar situation last season when it proved after a few games the Skolars ( and a few others) players weren't up to the mark, we made some additions during the season and have kept a ( hopefully ) decent 13.
Suppose come early Feb we'll see. Читать дальше...

I wasn't sure that there was much blockwork on the new stand? is it the first few m up from the floor? sounds daft but not sure if that's one of the tasks that will be done later on after the terracing and roof goes on and the concrete floor

N & S end of stand and rear, have these materials
Num 3 is brickwork that follows the profile of the terrace slope, Num 11 is a concrete structure that fits on top of brickwork that appears to run full width. Читать дальше...

Halifax Panthers • 2023 predictions

Rugby League Supporters Association Online

Just a bit of fun before the serious stuff starts next week. How do we see the league table shaping up for next season. There is a lot of uncertainties to take into consideration like new coaches at some clubs some have lost key players while others look a bit thin on numbers so here goes.

1. Featherstone
2. Halifax
3. Toulouse
4. Batley
5. York
6. Sheffield
7. Bradford
8. Barrow
9. Widnes
10. Keighley
11. London
12. Swinton
13. Whitehaven
14. Newcastle

Goldthorp and Roche both the two mentioned but I believe that it would be for 2024 rather than 2023

Probably a bit uncertain with all the Brouhaha over the NRL / WNRL CBA fiasco currently going on.

Baile did play hooker a few times for Catalans. So not as left field as some might make it out to be. Still baffling though considering the squad and that he hardly played for us anyway.

I think what baffled me the most about that decision was it became clear from Easter that us and Leigh were the top two and it was always going to be about the final 7 games. But he just played O'brien for 80 minutes everyweek including against teams we were pummelling... Читать дальше...

It's great that Shaul has impressed with his attitude in training, buy like others if he doesn't improve his game on the last few years then he shouldn't make the 17.

If Hoy isn't to be moved and can see the reasons why, it could be Lovodua at 6.

If Fusi goes he needs replacing imo. When fit he’s very useful. Powerful and a quality try scorer. Not sure we’ve the young players to replace him at present.

It doesn't look great, but not sure why it has been reported again when it happened months ago.

Unless, "I'm quitting League to go play Union" was too big a story for BBC to miss...
